Player cards are the most important parts of the game. You can see a player’s card by simply clicking on his name. On every card there are some points which are extra important then others. On the top left; you can see the quality of a player out of 100. On the top right you’ll see the player’s nation, whether he is in the squad or not and if the player is suspended due to a red card.

Every card comes with a default formation in which the player can play his best football. If your formation as a manager won’t fit the players’ default one, you can always train him to play in a variety of different formations. You can do this by simply clicking on the formation button and choosing the system you want from the list. By adding new formations to a player, you’ll be able to change to another formation during a match and make strategic changes to your play.

Tip 1: You are going to need a trainer to train your footballer to play on a different formation.

Every player can play in 3 different positions (except goalkeepers). The position shown in dark green is the players’ best an primary position. The second and third one are also positions where player feels comfortable to play. You can change positions buy just holding and dragging one on to another. When you take this action, training will start and the player get ready for his new position. You can always change a position with a new one by just click and choosing your desired one from the pop-up menu.

Tip 2: On your team list, players’ positions are shown as black = best position, blue = player comfortable with his position and red = player does not play to his full potential.

On the contracts button, you’ll see how many games a player can play for your squad. You can always add new contracts buy just clicking on the button and choosing the amount of games you want with the slider. If a player runs out of contract, he will automatically be replaced with a player on your bench. But if you have more then 8 players which are not eligible to play for a game, you will automatically loose that match by 3-0.

Tip 3: A player’s contract price depends on the quality of that player. Contract renewal of 10 games for a 93 quality is 209K, while the same amount for a 55 quality player will be 3.57K.

On the player cards, you’ll see 3 stars. Every card comes with 3 empty stars. As you train your player, these stars will start to fill. If you train your player to a full potential, you’ll see the 3 star filled to symbolize this. This will give you advantage on selling a player on the marketplace. Other players will be able to see this and will know that, the footballer has been trained to his full potential. This will be a great way to earn money over transfers.

Footballers are humans, they all have energy and morale traits. As the season goes by, they will loose both energy and morale. Morale is effected by heavy defeats, injuries and consecutive loses. You as a manager, will have to look after your teams fitness and morale all through the season. You can always by packs from the shop which will include, injury healing, player and team morale cards. The marketplace will be another option for you to bid or purchase cards where other players’s have put up for sale.

Underneath every player card you’ll see buttons which you can use to extend a players’s contract, add a player to your squad, place a player on the marketplace to sell him and discard (quick sell) a player to earn quick cash.
