Scouts are critical staff for your club. You will need them to buy players from the marketplace. There are 7 different quality of scouts. The higher the quality, the better players you will be able to buy.
Trainer will help you train your players to full capacity. There are 8 different quality trainers, as you progress to a higher level of a trainer, the better your players will be trained. Once you train a player, their attributes will be upgraded permanently.
